To use EcuaHome you must:
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of their listings. EcuaHome reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies, including but not limited to fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings.
To publish properties, sellers must complete an identity verification process which includes:
Subscription plans (Basic, Complete and Golden) are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds follow Ecuadorian consumer protection laws.
You may not use EcuaHome to: (a) post false, misleading or duplicated listings; (b) harass other users; (c) attempt to bypass payments or security measures; (d) scrape or abuse our APIs; (e) impersonate another person or organisation.
EcuaHome facilitates contact between buyers and sellers but does not intercept, read or store the content of WhatsApp or email conversations. Any agreement, payment or transaction between users is the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
EcuaHome acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to transactions between users. We are not liable for property defects, false information provided by sellers, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
